CANCELLATION POLICY

24 HOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please understand I have limited availability and an active wait list. Advanced notice gives me an opportunity to schedule someone waiting to get in. Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged for rescheduling or canceling. (As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.)

IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, OR YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL COST OF YOUR SESSION.​

On occasion there will be understandable reasons for missing appointments, but exceptions to this policy will be rare.

​

Also, if you need to shorten your session, please let me know in advance. If you opt to shorten your session on arrival, please know you will be charged for your full scheduled session.

COVID-19 and Other Illness

If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 or have had direct exposure to Covid-19 within 10 days of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

It is not a good idea to get massage when you're sick. Massage has many benefits, but it taxes the immune system and can exacerbate active illness. If you are feeling ANY symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment as soon as you have symptoms, even if your symptoms feel minor. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.​​
